Hi All, It's been a very busy March with all the Time To Change /Laughing for a Change tour that finished last night in Huddersfield and what a fabulous 6 date tour its has been. The conversations regarding Mental health and its Stigma have been a real success. So many lovely people open and willing to listen and chat openly about their experiences. Janice Connolly aka Mrs Barbara Nice has been the true and wonderful MC for the tour and the whole project. A force to be reckoned with!! Fabulous all the way through. |

I would just like to say what a great night for the Community Comedy Night at The Light House, Wolverhampton. The new comics did a great gig and Annette Fagan was as ever brilliant. All the volunteers for Time To Change did a fabulous job getting conversations going. This was the last of four course's in what has been a triumphant success. Laughing for a Change is coming to a climax with six night of comedy in:- Newcastle The Stand Tues 25 Feb Brighton Komedia Wed 5 Mar |

all I can say is that for two days I've been recording again and with good results and with two very enthusiastic people. Sukhdip has been great to work with yesterday and his track is coming together very nicely and again this evening to work with the talented Laura Cort who has a very beautiful voice I think we had some great takes this evening. My life always seems more richer after doing music it has the best therapeutic effect, although it takes a lot out of me I feel so rewarded by making music. |

Well here I go with my first Blog. This is all new to me so please bare with me x Did anyone watch Midlands Tonight as it featured the wonderful Janice Connolly celebrating the success of Women and Theatre. She has been the inspiration for so many ventures and since last year Women and Theatre have been working with Time To Change helping people to overcome the stigma of Mental Health. The project is Laughing For a Change which is still on going. I was able to take part in the first comedy course, which helped me to grow in confidence and through this, have made incredible friendships with others. |
